Reliables is a service operated by AIAPPOWER FZCO, a company registered under the International Free Zone Authority (IFZA) in Dubai, UAE. We provide behavioral assessment services for household workforce candidates through our platform at myreliables.com.

References to "Reliables," "we," "us," or "our" in this policy refer to AIAPPOWER FZCO operating under the Reliables brand.

Data We Collect

• Employer data: Name, email address, and payment information provided when purchasing an assessment.
• Candidate data: Responses submitted by candidates during the behavioral assessment. Candidates are informed at the start of the assessment that their responses will be used to generate a behavioral profile.
• Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and interaction data collected automatically when you use our site.
• Payment data: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. Reliables does not store credit card numbers or banking details.
• Tracking data: We use the Meta Pixel on our website for advertising purposes. This may collect browsing behavior to help us serve relevant ads on Meta platforms.

How We Use Your Data

• To generate and deliver the behavioral assessment report to the employer who requested it.
• To process payments securely through Stripe.
• To communicate with you about your order, account, or our service.
• To improve our platform and user experience.
• To serve relevant advertising through Meta platforms (employers only).

How We Share Your Data

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Stripe: For payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment data.
• Email service providers: To deliver your report and service communications.
• Meta: Aggregated and anonymized data through the Meta Pixel for advertising optimization.

Candidate data is shared only with the employer who purchased the assessment. It is not shared with any other third party.

Candidate Notice

All candidates who complete a Reliables assessment are informed at the beginning of the assessment that their responses will be analyzed to generate a behavioral profile for the employer who engaged them. Participation is voluntary. Candidates may decline to complete the assessment.

Data Retention

We retain personal data and assessment reports for a maximum of 12 months from the date of the assessment. After this period, data is permanently deleted from our systems unless we are required by law to retain it longer.
