Reliables is a service operated by AIAPPOWER FZCO, registered under the International Free Zone Authority (IFZA) in Dubai, UAE. We provide behavioral assessment services for household workforce candidates through myreliables.com. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service in full.
Reliables provides employers ("you") with a link-based behavioral assessment tool. Upon purchase, you receive one or more unique assessment links. Each link is sent to a domestic-worker candidate of your choosing. The candidate completes an online assessment, and Reliables delivers a behavioral profile report to your email address.
The assessment is powered by proprietary psychological and AI-based methodology developed by AIAPPOWER FZCO.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. By purchasing and using Reliables, you confirm that you are doing so for lawful purposes and in compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
Candidates are informed at the beginning of the assessment that their responses will be used to generate a behavioral profile for the employer who engaged them. By proceeding, candidates consent to this use of their data. It is the employer's responsibility to ensure candidates are given the opportunity to review this notice before proceeding.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy. Reliables does not store payment card details.
Prices are displayed in USD. All sales are final at the time of purchase.
Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer refunds once an assessment link has been used and a report has been generated. If you experience a technical issue that prevented delivery of your report, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will investigate and resolve the issue.
Unused links from bundle purchases are not eligible for partial refunds.
Reports generated by Reliables are intended solely for the use of the purchasing employer in making informed hiring decisions. You may not:
Reliables assessments are based on candidates' self-reported responses, analyzed through our proprietary methodology. Reports reflect behavioral tendencies and probability profiles — they are not guarantees of future behavior. Reliables does not warrant that any candidate assessed will perform in any specific manner.
Hiring decisions remain entirely at your discretion. Reliables accepts no liability for outcomes resulting from hiring decisions made based on our reports.
All methodology, content, questions, scoring systems, and report formats used by Reliables are the proprietary intellectual property of AIAPPOWER FZCO. Nothing in these terms grants you any ownership or license rights over our methodology or technology.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AIAPPOWER FZCO and Reliables shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to hiring outcomes, candidate behavior, or loss of data.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific assessment in question.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when changes are made.
